I am Dr. Shikha Chowdhary (MD - RD & I) worked for 15 years as Consultant Radiologist (Specialist in Breast & foetal & gynic Radiology) in public health sector. It gave lot of access to communicate and interact with different lives - patients, collogues (Senior & Junior). This was an eye-opener to understand the importance of human life skills ( Metamorphosis & Puravida) and Emotional Intelligence to achieve greatness in any field of life.
Now I dedicate my life to paying forward the enormous experience and treasures I have accumulated and assimilated, making " Healthy Me & Healthy WE" a core mantra.
My trainings other than in the Medical field are all encompassing for a wholesome Life and those are:
